Recently, a new MB BGA Tool has been released, which solved MB bga key online calculation. It is Xhorse VVDI MB BGA TOOL.

Two part included: Read EIS data and calculate password.

Read EIS data.
Select type:A166,W197,W212…, click OBD and then click Read.

EIS data reading success.

Calculate password
Prepare online password.
Turn on ignition.
Select Key tool.
step 1, select A166,W197,W212…
step 2, select OBD to collect data.

Prompt: device connected to the OBD and put the original key in the EIS. (click OK)
Waiting for 15 seconds…
Insert the original key to vvdi MB tool, when system prompts.

Data are being collected…
(5 minutes needed)
Data collection is completed.
Prompt: insert the original key in the EIS. Do as the prompt, and click OK.
Waiting for 30 seconds…
Prompt: insert the original key to vvdi mb bga tool. Do as the prompt, and click OK.
Save data.
Start to upload data, calculate password.
Prompt: uploading data…3 minutes needed… Click OK.
Click step 4 Real time monitoring results and Refresh as a result.
Click Yes to begin refresh.
File B200 are calculated.

Be waiting and again collect a set of data…
(if the first set of data fails, use the second set of data)
Prompt: connect VVDI MB TOOL OBD port to EIS. Insert the original key to EIS. Do as the prompt, and click OK.
Prompt: insert the original key to vvdi mb bga tool. Do as the prompt, and click OK.
Be waiting and again collect a set of data…(4 minutes needed)

Data collection and password calculation complete.

Done.

Will Xhorse VVDI2 do BMW CAS4+ key?

OriginalXhorse VVDI2 commander interface adds BMW key functions. But still some people doubt the capacity of making CAS4+ key. Because very few tool can mess with CAS4 successfully. Newer BMW 2014 CAS4+ must have 1N35H or 1L15Y inside which is out of reach for this tool.

Step by step to make key by Xhorse VVDI MB BGA tool for W204 all keys lost

Someone is wondering with what is the procedure that we need to do when we have all keys lost for a w204 and we got a new ezs from dealer or other?

How to adapt it to the car and also how to edit the pass because it's at virgin state (factory state)?

Device will automatically generate keys and also make a password ?

Currently version W204 all key lost steps: (user should buy a new EIS first)

1. Read EIS data via obd,then Save EIS data

2. adapt ESL:Read ESL data->Get Erase Password->Renew ESL

3. Change new EIS, Load EIS data(step1)->write Key Password(enter manually and at random)->Write EIS data

4. Personalize W204 ESL

5. Load EIS data(with Key Password)->Prepare Key File

6. Input new Key to device IR reader->Load Key file->write

7. Insert new Key to EIS->EIS will learn the new key->key learn success

Xhorse VVDI-PROG read Maserati 1K79X0 EEPROM

Xhorse VVDI-PROGprogrammer is capable of reading multi vehicle’s ECU, MCU and EEPROM, including famous brand luxury cars, Ferrari, Maserati and Lamborghini etc. Here is the example on reading Maserati1K79X 0 MCU with VVDI pro.

Open VVDI-PROG software

Select Type: 2-MCU

Select Brand: MOTOROLA

Select Chip type: MC9S12DT256

And will prompt Encryption address and program procedure:

1. Read and backup EEPROM, P-Flash data

2. Erase chip data

3. Write new data

Press “Connect diagram” to view wiring diagram

Well solder and connect cables with VVDI pro and Maserati ECU follow the diagram

Then click “New” tab

Click “Read”

(Solution) Xhorse MVCI Toyota Techstream Unable to Connect to VIM

Xhorse MVCI users got error: unable to Connect to VIM , during connect techstream via mvci to Toyota car models. How to fix?

When use Xhorse MVCI got error: unable to Connect to VIM , during connect techstream via mvci to Toyota car models as following picture shows:

UOBD2 engineer answer: It’s not Xhorse product quality problem, but you need a simple reset, set the area to Europe.

Step-by-step to do as follows:

1.      open Techsream software, in the toolbar click "Setup-Techstream conficuration"

2.      Area Selection: select "Europe" under the drop list among Japan, North America, Europe and other.

3.      Default Language Selection

4.      Techstream Conficuration: no need input nothing, click OK.

Note: if the above solution not work, try these:

1)     In the Techstream toolbar, click " Help- DLC3 Cable Check " to check your conectivity problems with car.

2)     Try to install on another desktop, better with windows XP.
