Xhorse Condor XC-MINI cut Nissan NSN14 key

Here is the instruction on cutting Nissan NSN14 key with original Xhorse Condor XC-MINI automotive key cutting machine.

There are 3 ways to make keys with Condor MINI key cutting machine. Here adapts the 3^rd way: “Cut by Bitting” with an existing the original key.

Power on the machine

Select “Cut by Bitting”

Select the Blank key “NSN14”, Press “Confirm”

Select key type and confirm

Click on “Key Decode” button. The found bitting and Clamp M1 to be used will display on the screen, Click on “Confirm”

Verify bitting and modify bitting, click “Cut”

Start key cutting

Change the key

Put a new Blank Key in the proper position of the clamp.

Press “Direct processing”

Cut key in progress

Take out the new key

Compare original key and new key. The left one is the new key, it is a little different in size, it works.

Test the new key.

W204 all keys lost, Xhorse VVDI MB BGA tool make key procedure

Someone is wondering with what is the procedure that we need to do when we have all keys lost for a w204 and we got a new ezs from dealer or other?

How to adapt it to the car and also how to edit the pass because it's at virgin state (factory state)?

Device will automatically generate keys and also make a password ?

Currently version W204 all key lost steps: (user should buy a new EIS first)

1. Read EIS data via obd,then Save EIS data

2. adapt ESL:Read ESL data->Get Erase Password->Renew ESL

3. Change new EIS, Load EIS data(step1)->write Key Password(enter manually and at random)->Write EIS data

4. Personalize W204 ESL

5. Load EIS data(with Key Password)->Prepare Key File

6. Input new Key to device IR reader->Load Key file->write

7. Insert new Key to EIS->EIS will learn the new key->key learn success

Question: So what about w204 w207 w246, can BGA tool do all key lost? 

Answer: W204 and w212 eis are different. Yea on fbs4 nothing can be made. But 2010 w212 is fbs3.. so all keys lost sure is posible on this model..W204 facelift has fbs4 and it comes without esl/elv so another way to distinguish it.

Parts of 2014 & Mostly model of 2015 (and after 2015)is FBS4,currently cannot support FBS4 type.

User can Auto detect the EIS.if can detect the type but can't read the EIS data,should be FBS4.

Question: Does it support erase keyless-go rom08 or so? 

Answer: yes it work already done 20 of them i had in stock

Question: How do you actually connect them? The socket diagram is a bit confusing. My adapter 1 is different than in pic.

Xhorse condor xc mini updated online error solution

Question: 

Xhorse condor xc mini key cutting machineI just updated online, now can’t work m2 clamp,

I think instead of upgrade I downgrade the machine.

When I try to adjust clamp stop because now the picture of the clamp different to the clamp I have look at the pictures I attached. 

I select version 2.0.6 to update. 

Working solution:

1. Connect Mini machine to your PC, turn on the machine.

2. After Install “driver file”, open the update software.

3. Select preferred language by yourself, and then click on “Update”.

4.Select update version, click on “Update Online “wait until it displays “Update Success”, wait for a while(30seconds). Restart machine.

VVDI 2 Original Full Package Customer Received

Thanks Betto Zavaleta in Saudi Arabia for the review on VVDI 2 full package.
Bought one of vvdi 2 full kits + VVDI 2 remote programmer after doing a lot of research from many sellers in China. The staff from obd365 always responded quickly, answering all questions I had. Shipping was very quick although DHL tracking didn’t work until package had arrived (approx. 4 days).
Every item all appears to be in a good condition, each packed well in a paper box, no damage or scratch at all, although i though a plastic one would be better. The latest vvdi2 software 1.1.0 was in the disk (free download link i saw in the web also), then I installed the vvdi ii software and driver according to the user manual, common installation method, not difficult for me. Everything seems to work OK, which is exactly as stated.

Lack of wireless connection to the vvdi 2 seems to be less convenient, but on cable it has worked consistently well anyway.

For people considering buying a kit like this for BMW & VAG group cars, the only advice I can give is that to buy the full package to avoid inconvenience of authorization (5th AUDI, BMW obd & CAS4+ authorization need extra pay if not full package; but it seems that they can open this function for those with Condor key machine.)  It’s a great toolkit to have for diagnostics, key programming, IMMO etc. though.

Overall – I can highly recommend buying vvdi 2 or others from this vendor since everything was as advertised, plus they have fast response via emails if we users have issues or questions when using their products.

How to use Xhorse VVDI MB BGA tool to add MB BGA key How to add MB BGA key with Xhorse VVDI MB BGA tool

This post shows how to use Xhorse VVDI MB BGA tool to add MB BGA key. 

1. Open VVDI MB BGA tool software.

2. Choose type. Procedure: click "EIS Tools", then "Read EIS data", then choose chassis number "W166, 197,212,218,246" and Mode as "OBD".  

3. Calculate Password. Click "Password Calculation", then choose chassis number "W166, 197,212,218,246" and OBD mode, then click  

"Data Acquisition" and you will get attention to insert "Working key" to "EIS", wait about 14 seconds, then get attention to insert "working key" to "Device IR reader", then insert "Working key" to "EIS" and insert "working key" to "Device IR reader", then wait 4 minutes, then insert "Working key" to "EIS" wait and insert "working key" to "Device IR reader".

Save the data, then acquisition finished, upload data with "Upload data" for password. 

5. Press "Query result" to get result. It will cost about 1 minute to calculate password, click "Copy" to get the key password copy to clipboard. 

6. Choose "EIS Tools", then "Save EIS data", then click "Paste" and the key password display shown as follows. Click "Save EIS data" and save again. 

7. Prepare Key File: 

1) Load EIS file with password

2) Select key position for key file, select key file format. Press button "Prepare Key File".

8. Read write key. 

1) Click "Identification key", you see this is new key.

2)Click "Load key file", open "key6_F7CCD165_used_015"

3)  Click "Write" till you see writting success. 

4) Then click "Identification key" to identify key information e.g. Key number is 8. 

5) Test if key number 8 is working. Insert key into the car ignition. 

Okay, add new MB key success.

This is a professional review on key cutting machines, including Xhorse Condor, Miracle A7, Viper machine, Ninja laser & x6 key cutter, by an experienced locksmith.

condor xc-mini is a good budget machine , more suited to the workshop than mobile due to size and weight. it has some bugs , some issues and some gaps , but the quick and easy update for lifetime plus wonderful function are the scoring points. this for what it costs, on the whole a decent machine for the money.

miracle A7 is a reliable machine , has a few bugs but reliable as a light use machine , ideal mobile on a van and space saving .

Viper is a heavy machine and can play up in cold , but is a great heavy duty machine that will give a lifetime of reliable use and receives lifetime updates and as Silca is normally up to date.

Ninja laser - excellent machine , nothing better for me on sx9 keys , laguna 3 , megane 3 , new clio cards using 1234Q5678H series and decoding and cutting clio 3 keys , fast reliable cutting that allows you to pick various styles of cut as well as adjust to half cuts etc , the software can take getting used to due to the functions available on it , adds cylinder keys to your services too , its a well built machine that is like silca updated for life free.

most will cut a tibbe key on a clamp , but none will in my view cut a perfect tibbe key , a stand alone option will always cut a better key and far quicker too .

I have all of the above machines , so have hands on and regular experience with each machine and use them all , i like them all over the next for certain functions and all do different jobs for me , viper will always be my baby as it was my first , but ninja laser is catching it up fast my only gripe is viper is 30 second boot time , ninja laser is 4 minutes to boot up , but these 2 are in a league of their own

condor xc-mini key machine is a far superior machine to the x6 key cutter, the x6 is a starter machine for very light use and build quality is poor in comparison , i had an x6 to play with for a few months , i wouldn’t buy one having gone hands on with it , condor will last longer and be more reliable of the 2 , its at least being supported and updated which is a big plus and is a far superior build quality to the x6 which at best is a hobby or starter machine .

it isn’t always 100% accurate , but the find biting function on condor is useful if you don’t have instacode to hand , and is a useful addition that makes the condor more useful.

Below is what i tested with Condor machine.

Do Toyota TOY43 all key lost, save you a lot of time

Cut Suzuki, Mazda (key tooth in ignition lock more than door lock) all key lost, simply by enter the key code

Do Hyundai, Kia, Peugeot, and Citroen all key lost, directly program keys

HU101 works fine, HU92 works fine.

HU66 OK, have to do two passes on each side to get the key to work, same with hu100.

Fix the problem that other key cutting machines cut domestic Honda key not accurately

But it is a pity that there is no solution for Renault emergency blade yet

VVDI 2 customer feedback:

I successfully added a key bcm2 on a 2013 audi a5.
2007 Audi A4 B7 RB8 crypto - mileage correction ok
Audi BCM2 add spare key by obd worked fine, and I did one on a 2013 A5 and it worked flawlessly.
A6/Q7 EZS Kessy: Added a dealer key (remote sourced from the dealer) without issues. Seemed to read everything properly but I had a working key to begin with.

Audi A6: Testet with A6 read kessy working, learned new key
Skoda Octavia 2006: got CS & PIN , programmed key fine, but not remote programming.
VW passat. B5: Pulled PIN, programmed key, corrected miles.
VW Passat B6 2009: Pulled PIN but couldn't get 6 bytes CS, needed comfort dump.
VW Transporter T5 2006 : Pulled PIN Programmed key, no remote programming.
Audi A4 2006 : mileage correction success .
Audi A6 2003: Mileage correction fail. car not start. remove battery terminal. car start.
